Sizing, Shipping and FAQs
We print our T-shirts using direct-to-garment printing on Gildan T-shirts and are sized S-XXL. A size chart is below. If you have any questions, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Our items are printed to order, in order to avoid wastage, so they'll take a little longer to get to you than, say, Amazon. So please sit tight - allow up to two weeks (we'll do our best to make it quicker than this!) for your order to arrive.
We send all our orders tracked and you will receive a courier tracking number upon order confirmation. The shipping rates are as follows:
- United Kingdom Tracked - £3.75 (additional fee added for multiple items)
- EU Tracked - £12.00 (additional fee added for multiple items)
- International Tracked - £16.50 (additional fee added for multiple items)
Our Returns Policy
Sorry you’re not 100% happy with your order. Our returns policy is straight forward if an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to email@example.com before making a return. Please quote your name and order number.
All returned items should be in a re-saleable state, in original packaging, with all tags still attached, unwashed and unused.
PLEASE NOTE. Any item that has any odour of perfume/deodorant/washing detergent will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you. We also, unfortunately, do not offer exchange or returns on any artwork.
If the product is been returned due to a manufacturers fault, we will contact them if we see fit as soon as we have received the returned item. This can obviously take a little time, so we ask you to bear with us in advance.
We must receive all returns within 30 days of placing your order.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition we will process your refund via our Shopify or Paypal back onto the card with which you paid. Processed refunds may take up to two weeks to show depending on your bank so please allow for this before contacting us. Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs).
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us unless the item purchased is faulty. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged to avoid any dispute. If they are being returned for an exchange the replacement item will be sent free of charge.
For international returns, please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items‘. We will not pay import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form and your return will also take longer to process.
If you think your order may be lost
Occasionally, products can go missing in the post but don’t worry, all of our shipments are fully insured & we can make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant postal service or shipping company in their terms. This is generally 14 - 30 days.
It may be that delivery has been & your order may now be held at your local depot. Please also check if you've had a missed delivery slip into your postbox. If you’re parcels been signed for but it’s not with you we suggest getting in touch with Royal Mail directly but feel free to drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org & we'll see what we can do.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns postage is at your expense. We’ll email you when the order arrives with us and we try to process returns as quickly as possible.
